Here’s the latest listing of seats you might be interested in occupying on several City committees. Most of them meet once a month for an hour to an hour and a half.

The City of Walla Walla is accepting applications for:

BICYCLE & PEDESTRIAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE – One opening for a term expiring December 31, 2020. This member may live within the City’s Urban Growth Area or be a City resident.

HISTORIC PRESERVATION COMMISSION – One opening for a term expiring June 30, 2021. Must be a City resident.

INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE – One opening for a term expiring December 31, 2019. Must be a City resident.

SUSTAINABILITY COMMITTEE – One opening for a term expiring June 30, 2020. Must be a City resident.

TRANSPORTATION BENEFIT DISTRICT IMPROVEMENT COMMITTEE – One opening for a term expiring June 30, 2020. Must be a City resident.

WATER & WASTEWATER ADVISORY COMMITTEE – Two openings; one for a term expiring June 30, 2020 and one for a term expiring June 30, 2021. Must live within the City’s designated water service area.
