Unity & Diversity Festival – Sunday, April 27
The Unity and Diversity Festival planned for Sunday, April 27 at Heritage Park in downtown Walla Walla will feature 23 booths, three food vendors and 15 performances, along with a chess tournament and some children’s activities.
The formal opening of the festival will be at noon, with the reading of the mayor’s proclamation by Walla Walla City Council member Gustavo Reyna declaring the 27th of April Unity and Diversity Day in the City of Walla Walla, and urging all residents to work for the unity of our local community, national community, and world community.
