People’s Climate March in Walla Walla

Walla Walla will be the site of a People’s Climate March at 10 a.m. April 29 starting at First Congregational Church, 73 S. Palouse St.

This event is being held in solidarity with the national march for climate, jobs and justice in Washington, D.C., and others around the nation. Help promote public awareness and support for policies that address climate change, preserve our environment and advance social justice.

The march will complete a loop through downtown. Several speakers will share insight and inspiration immediately before and after the march.
